Become a Member

As a volunteer-operated organization, we encourage our members to support our fundraising events, health missions and projects.

Our annual membership fee is $25.

Membership benefits include:

  • Eligibility to volunteer for the Surgical Mission
  • Invitation to H4H events such as Fundraisers
  • Voting rights at our Annual General Meeting
Your fees are considered a charitable donation for which you will automatically receive a tax receipt.

With flexible donation options, you have complete control over your support. You choose the amount you feel comfortable with and at any time, you can stop, increase or decrease the amount.

Become a Volunteer

Consider volunteering with us today! There are two ways to volunteer:

Surgical Mission Volunteer

Volunteer positions for the annual surgical mission which generally takes place the first 2 weeks in November include:

  • OR nurse
  • PACU nurse
  • Anesthesiologist
  • Pediatric Anesthesiologist
  • Surgical Assistant
  • Surgical Specialties: Urology, Gynecology, Plastics, Orthopedics, General with skills in laparoscopic cholecystectomy and hernia repairs
Before you can apply for a surgical mission, you must become a member.

To apply for a surgical mission, you must follow these steps:

  1. Pay your Membership Fee
