This past year, Health for Humanity celebrated 14 years of the Finca Santa Clara Scholarship. First established in 2011, this scholarship has contributed significantly to the educational journeys of more than 77 students by providing them with funding, school supplies and even computers. In December of 2025, we received a year-end report from the Zelaya family that we would like to share. It began with a message:

“36 students received one more year of education this year and it would not have been possible if it weren’t for you. Thank you for everything you do for the program, the students, and their parents. Education is the one thing you can give someone that no one can take away from them. Especially in this holiday season, rest assured you have already given the most important gift of all. May everything you do for us be returned to you as blessings to you and your family.

Thank you for your trust, support, and friendship.

– The Zelaya Family “
