Health for Humanity
is a Canadian registered not-for-profit, volunteer-run organization that provides surgical services, primary care, public health, and educational services to communities in developing regions.
VOLUNTEER OPERATED. No salaries or infrastructure, and minimal overhead mean that more than 95% of donations go directly to pay for patient-related expenses.
DEDICATION. Our teams are made up of health care professionals and others who volunteer their time and pay their own expenses on all projects.
PARTNERSHIPS. We work with local health organizations to provide the best care to communities who have limited or no access to surgical and primary health services.
CAPACITY-BUILDING. Through education, public health and infrastructure projects, we seek to strengthen local systems to promote health and prevent disease.
